Knitted jewelry

There’s also lots of jewelry making classes up here. I’ve been exploring a little in Brooklyn and I know there are some out where I am, but I’m sure there are many more in Manhattan as well.
I made a necklace with my grandmother when I was home for Thanksgiving. I’ll take a photo of it later; but it’s a blue beaded necklace. Now that I’ve had it for awhile I think I’d like to lengthen it and add a clasp so I can wrap it around my neck more times.
Has anyone else seen any great beaded jewelry lately that it looks like we could make?
