Timeless Trends
Am I a boring old stick in the mud? These trends don’t seem timeless to me as they are (mostly) for the young and beautiful. No? The only explanation I can think of is that they mean timeless in the sense that they cycle through being fashionable on a regular basis. But if I were buying something timeless, I would want it to be something I could wear through all my years. Few of these items are that.
Boyfriend Blazer (I think a more classic cut is timeless. Boyfriend is perfect for 80s revival, but can end up dated.)
Leather Pants (If you are a rockstar, perhaps.)
Animal Print (Possibly, depending on the cut and size of the animal print.)
Ruffled Blouse (I’m sure I’ll wear ruffles forever, but that doesn’t mean they are timeless.)
Signature Scarf (Depending on what you pick, obviously scarves ARE timeless.)
Asymetrical Style (Old lady or out of shape arms don’t work so well with this look.)
